About

Fanny Elisabeth Goderiss, born April 3rd, 1972, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is a talented artist with a diverse background in photography, ceramics, and sculpture. She began her studies at IUNA, Universidad Nacional de Arte in Buenos Aires, where she honed her skills and developed her unique artistic vision.
In 2001, she made the bold decision to move to the United States, where she continued her training in ceramics and sculpture. Her work is heavily influenced by the European architecture of Buenos Aires, ancient cultures, and the vibrant fileteado paintings that adorned the city. These influences are evident in her art, which serves as a reflection of her culture, as well as her experiences and training in the US.
As a ceramic artist, Fanny Elisabeth collaborated with other colleagues on various projects, showcasing her creativity and skill. Her expertise in sculpture led to commissions to design high reliefs for mirror frames in temples both in the US and abroad for the past 5 years. She has also assisted other artists with their commission works, demonstrating her collaborative spirit and dedication to the craft.
In addition to her work in ceramics and sculpture, she has also mastered the art of bas-relief plaster wall art, an ancient technique that adds depth and dimension to her pieces. Currently, she is focused on taking on private clients and projects for commercial buildings, where her unique style and attention to detail shine through.
